Extended License

Multiple projects, studios

  • Full Library Access - While your subscription is active, you can download and use any FCS Store asset.
  • Keep Creating With an Active Subscription - Maintain an active subscription to keep using FCS Store assets in new projects; if it lapses, simply renew whenever you’re ready to pick up where you left off.
  • Annual Coverage - Billed yearly, with pricing based on your studio size.
  • Always Up-to-Date - Includes every new release added during your active term.

Studio License

Film production, ads, archviz firms

  • Full Library Access - While your subscription is active, you can download and use any FCS Store asset.
  • Keep Creating With an Active Subscription - Maintain an active subscription to keep using FCS Store assets in new projects; if it lapses, simply renew whenever you’re ready to pick up where you left off.

We License by Company Size

FCS Store licenses are based on your company’s total number of employees at the time of purchase.

Individual

  • For independent artists and freelancers who are self-employed.
  • License covers only individuals or sole proprietors LLCs with no employees.

Small Business

  • For small businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
  • License covers LLCs, Corporations, and other business entities with 50 or fewer employees.

Enterprise

  • For businesses with 51 or more employees.
  • Custom agreements tailored for large businesses. Includes extended legal protection, indemnity coverage, and flexible promotional rights.

What You Can & Can’t Do with FCS Store Assets

We want to empower creators while protecting our assets. Below is a quick guide to help you understand how you can—and can’t—use our Kits.

Allowed

  • Use in Commercial Projects – Films, games, VR/AR, social media, marketing, and more
  • Modify & Customize – Re-texture, edit, and incorporate into your unique creations
  • Use in Unlimited Projects – As long as your FCS Store Unlimited subscription is active OR if you've purchased a FCS Store Unlimited license
  • Share Within Your Licensed Team – Studios and enterprises can distribute assets to their licensed employees
  • Publish & Monetize Your Work – Sell your finished films, games, and creative projects that include KitBash3D assets

Not Allowed

  • Resell or Redistribute Assets – You can’t share, resell, or distribute FCS Srore assets
  • Use After Subscription Ends – If you’re on FCS Store Unlimited and your subscription expires, you can’t use the assets in new projects
  • Train AI or Machine Learning Models – FCS Store assets cannot be used for AI training or neural networks
  • Use the Wrong License Tier – If your company has more employees than your license covers, your license will be invalid
  • Claim the Assets as Your Own – While you can modify and incorporate them into your projects, you can’t claim ownership over the original assets
